Can I use my Deseret First ATM card at other ATM machines without a charge? What I am curious about is how I find out other credit unions that are part of the agreement that you have made with credit unions throughout the nation that I can use my ATM card at without a charge? |

We have a link on our web site that will let you find all the non-surcharge ATMs in any part of the country. If the ATM machine you want to use has the CO-OP logo on it, then you can use it without a surcharge. Just look for the logo. |

If you meet our membership eligibility, you can join no matter where you live. You may call our Operations Center at 1-800-326-3328 and they can get you a New Member Application, or you can fill out the New Member Application online and fax it or mail it with your $25 savings deposit to:

How do I print my account info pages? Is there something special that I have to do to authorize it? |

Once you are logged into Advantage Internet Banking, click on “Account History”. Choose the date and suffix criteria you want to view, then click “Get History”. When your account information comes up, you can click on File, then Print or just click the Print button on your browser |

Is it possible to download account information to Quicken or Microsoft Money? |

Yes you can download your account information into QuickBooks or a comma separated list. You first need to login to your Account, and then click on Reports, and then click on the link File Export. Select the options and date range you want. Then scroll down and click Export Transactions.
Once the file is downloaded, open up Quicken or Microsoft Money and import the downloaded file. The exact process depends on the version and file type that you downloaded. Please consult the documentation for your version of the software. |
